Qrypto Story

Mobile-ID started in 2016 as a regular software development company. Beginning with a small team, we must learn quickly, pay attention to the smallest details, and put customer reliability first.

We noticed that e-signing and e-identification technologies, which are supposed to simplify both the daily lives of citizens and the operations of businesses and institutions, were clearly too complex and too expensive, forcing them to remain faithful to the old paper-based processes. That is when we decided we must change that.

We formed and trained a specialist team with necessary knowledge and skill. With the current team, we are confident in the electronic signature field. From 2017 to 2021, we cooperate with other companies to release Remote Signing and support public certificate providers such as Misa-CA; Newtel-CA, CMC-CA, Easy-CA, ….

Moreover, all our hard work led us to a great achievement, we became an Associate Member of Cloud Signature Consortium (in 2019) and received the certificate of certified civil cryptography product for the centralized system software product Trusted Hub - Remote Signing Service, version 1.20.10.13 (in 2020).

For some documents, it is vital to ensure traceability, accountability, and audit with clear legal weight, data integrity and individual signed approval together with easy-to-access workflow process evidence. Besides that, the need to hold and present documents securely cuts time, reduces costs, and adds strong controls to minimize signing errors. With all in issues above, in 2023, we built and launched Qrypto - It's an appropriate solution and brings together all this capability and knowledge to provide the most secure way to sign documents. Qrypto supports basic e-signatures, Advanced e-signatures, and EU Qualified Signatures.

The growing need of our solutions and services confirmed that we’re making people’s lives simpler and better. And that’s what we’re continuing to do, ready to spread the joy to more Vietnam markets.

2017 April

2017 November

2018 January

2019 May

Today we can happily announce our remote signing solution have been successfully certified for Common Criteria Standards EAL 4+ by EN 419241-2:2019 and ISO/IEC 15408 Version 3.1 R5. We reached out to one of the top rated certification organization Tayllorcox (auditor) for our Trusted Hub Service Provider Appliance QSCD audit and certification.

Why don’t I simply use digitally signed PDFs?

Digitally signed PDF technology is old and has been available for a very long time. But because of its complications hardly any user knows how to validate digitally signed PDFs. Also, digitally signed PDFs work only for electronic PDFs and the moment the document is printed or scanned or copied, these signatures are lost forever. Qrypto’s solutions help to overcome these limitations of digitally signed PDFs. You can also combine Qrypto with digitally signed PDFs to make them easily verifiable.

I have full control and confidence over the information and documents that are produced in my organization. Why do I need to secure it?

The information you generate is accurate but once it leaves the boundary of your organization there is often a need to verify it and use the same for onward processing. For example if you issue an account statement to a client, the client may need to submit that to a third party. Qrypto helps to do this seamlessly and also protects your organization from malicious attempts to manipulate this information which could be a reputation and/or a monetary risk to the producer of the information.

What is document security?

Document security refers to the integrity of information in a document. Any individual or system looking at the document should feel assured that it has not been manipulated or tampered with. Qrypto helps ensure this.

Can I secure information like images and screenshots?

Yes, one good use case is screenshots of online bank funds transfer confirmations. Users typically take screenshots and send to other parties as proof of payment and Qrypto adds value by providing a secure confirmation of such screenshots.
